Thanksgiving day. Today I experienced 2 genuine us traditions.
1) Skated a picknick table at a schoolyard. (Pics of this schoolyard will follow.)
2) Had a thanxgivin' dinner. We were invited over to the home of Abdi's friend Darius grandparents.
The turkey is not for me, so I was happy to find plenty of really good Iranian food! I also had pumpkin pie, which was wierd
but not as bad as I thought it would be. The man of the house and our gracious host can be seen to the left in [159.]
Almost forgot: Happy anniversary to our stay in the US! One year today!
